Corsa Media Launch

17 MARCH 2015 – The iconic Kyalami race track played host to the Johannesburg leg of the nationwide dealer launch roadshow, a week spent getting to know the new fifth generation Corsa and introducing the all-new Mokka compact SUV to South African soil. Along with the memorable moments spent enjoying both models ranges on and around the legendary circuit, it was also an opportunity for official suppliers to showcase their accessories and services to the attending dealers, press and partners.

ADAM Media Launch

15 JANUARY 2015 – Dealers, partners and members of the media were invited to The Venue at Melrose Arch to experience the game-changer, the all-new Opel Adam. With its exciting design and cutting edge technology, the car impressed with displays of models on offer and demonstrations of its myriad features. Ably hosted by Kojo Baffoe, editor of Destiny Man, the evening featured an entertaining walk-through of the car, a presentation by Christopher Cradock, brand manager for Opel, and an introduction by Brian Olson, VP for Sales, Service and Marketing at General Motors South Africa, who declared, “2015 will be a phenomenal year for Opel and Mzansi with the launch of Opel Adam.”

Winning LISOF students grab Opel ADAM

Opel and LISOF collaboration sees new ADAM on fashion highways

 

18 FEBRUARY 2015 – Six talented students from the LISOF School of Fashion will experience a drive in the new Opel ADAM, South Africa’s latest urban trend-setter.

Following the launch of the new Opel ADAM in collaboration with the design school in November 2014, the school’s six best-performing students were awarded a two-week-long drive in the new luxury supermini.

Christopher Cradock, Opel Brand Manager at General Motors South Africa, said the partnership with LISOF in launching the new Opel ADAM saw the latest and greatest Opel product under a very different spotlight. “With design excellence being part of Opel’s DNA for more than 150 years, the fashion event saw ADAM exposed to creative and trend-conscious individuals.

“We are now proud to bestow LISOF’s top-performing fashion design students with the ultimate lifestyle accessory for the next two weeks.”

 

ADAM LIFESTYLE LAUNCH

Opel SA and the LISOF School of Fashion (Leaders In the Science of Fashion) have collaborated in hosting an event. The show will be produced by World Famous Fashion Show Director/Producer Jan Malan with Megan Wilson from 360 Degrees taking care of the ADAM moments during the show. This event marks the beginning of a long-term strategic engagement between our brands and lifestyle media, social media influencers, bloggers, and celebrities to support the business plan objective of growing GMSA brands. This event pre-empting the Launch of the New ADAM.
