Competition Name: Where is Raj (“Competition”)
Promoter: Opel SA (“We, “Us”, “Our”)
Eligibility:
● The Competition is open to all residents of South Africa except employees, suppliers, and dealerships of Opel South Africa (SA), Us, Our directors, members, partners, employees, agents and consultants, the suppliers of any goods and services in connection with the Competition, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is Controlled by Us.
● Entrants must also be over the age of 18 years and have a South African bank account.
Entry Period:
● The Competition starts on 06 December 2023 and closes on 20 December 2023.
How to Enter
● To enter the Competition, you will need to locate Raj in his hiding place/s on various websites. Tips on how to find Raj will be shared via Opel SA’s Social media channels.
● Upon discovery, click on the link or image and submit your details.
● Every instance of finding Raj and entering your details will qualify as an entry.
● Each entry contributes to improving your chances of winning.
● We are not responsible for any entries that are not received due to technical reasons.
Prize:
● Two (2) winners will receive a cash prize of R5 000.
● The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for items of any other value.
● The prize will only be awarded if all supplied details are correct and up to date. We may require you to provide proof of identity, and proof of bank account.
Winner Selection:
● Winners will be chosen through a random draw. The draw will take place on 10 January 2024
● Increasing your chances involves finding Raj in both of his hiding spots.
Claiming the Prize:
● The winner must respond to the winner announcement or direct message within 48 hours. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in the prize being forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
How prize will be delivered:
● The Cash prize will be paid electronically into the bank account provided by you.
Use of image and participation in marketing:
● Use of image and participation in marketing: Subject to Your right to withdraw consent at any time (which can be done by way of email to [customercareza@stellantis.com), We may (i) publish the images of entrants and prize winners on our marketing material and social media pages, (ii) use entrants and prize winners personal information obtained during participation in the Competition for Our marketing activities .
Right to discontinue the Competition:
● If We cannot continue with the Competition for any reason beyond Our reasonable control including any applicable laws, We may terminate the Competition and will give notice of such termination. If the Competition is terminated subject to applicable laws, you will not have any claim of any nature whatsoever against Us, unless We were grossly negligent or intentionally fraudulent.
● If We are required by the Minister of Trade and Industry or the National Lotteries Board to alter any aspect of this Competition or to terminate the Competition as a result of changes in legislation, We can terminate this Competition with immediate effect and without notice. In such an event, entrants waive any rights which they may have against Us.
Unlawful content:
● Any post that may be an infringement of another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights, is inappropriate, hateful, offensive, illegal or obscene will be removed without notice to the entrant and the entrant will be disqualified.

● When participating in the Competition, We will have access to and use Your personal information, including name, contact details and images. Please refer to Our Privacy Policy at https://www.opel.co.za/tools/privacy-policy.html which sets out how We handle Personal Information. By entering, you acknowledge that personal information about You will be shared with the Us and other third parties to the extent necessary to conduct the Competition.
When we are not liable:
● To the extent legally permissible (i) We assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from, in connection with, or as a result of Your participation in the Competition; (ii) You indemnify Us against any claim of any nature arising from, in connection with or as a result of Your participation, in any way whatsoever, in the Competition.
Choice of Law:
● These terms are governed by South African law.
General:
● By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
● We reserve the right to amend, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, our decision will be final and binding.
