TERMS AND CONDITIONS

May 2025 – August 2025

To be eligible for entry into this Competition, participants must complete the

60,000km scheduled service on their Opel Corsa or the 75,000km scheduled service

on their Opel Mokka (“the service”) at an approved Stellantis dealer during this

Competition period.

These official rules apply to the Stellantis South Africa Opel Corsa and Opel Mokka

Service - Cupholder Competition. By entering this Competition, you are deemed to

have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these official rules and the

decisions of Stellantis South Africa, which shall be final and binding on all matters

relating to this Competition.

COMPETITION PERIOD

This Competition is valid from 08h00 on Monday 12 May 2025 until 17h00 on

Saturday 16 August 2025.

The 60,000km Opel Corsa and 75,000km Opel Mokka service must be completed

between 08h00 on Monday 12 May 2025 and 17h00 on Saturday 16 August 2025 at

an approved Stellantis South Africa dealer to gain entry into this Competition.

ELIGIBILITY

This Competition is open to everyone in South Africa who owns a Opel Corsa or a

Opel Mokka, excluding all employees, contractors, directors and officers of Stellantis

South Africa as representatives of the Opel Brand, Opel Dealership staff and agency

staff as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, 

advertising, promotion, judging agencies and all other service agencies and

providers involved with this Competition and members of the immediate family

(spouse, parent, child, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where

they reside) and households of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to

participate or win. An entry may be deemed to be void under these circumstances

and/or where prohibited by law.

PRIZES

The winners of this Competition will receive a prize in the form of a cup holder to the

value of R2645

ENTRIES

Upon completing your service at an approved Stellantis South Africa dealership, the

dealer job card for your service will be used as your entry into the draw and as such

no entry fee will be required.

All valid entries will be entered into this Competition, no more than one (1) entry per

participant will be accepted and 5 winners per draw will be selected at random over 5

draws.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY AND NON-REFUNDABLE

Prizes may not be transferred to another party.

Prizes are non-refundable.

No cash alternative will be offered in any event arising from any circumstance

whatsoever and prizes may not be exchanged for cash value or any other voucher

value.

WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND REDEMPTION OF PRIZES

5 winners per draw will be selected at random.

Winners will be selected at the end of the competition at random.

Once the winners have been selected, the winners will be contacted via the Opel

South Africa social media accounts from 17 August 2025, using the personal

information obtained from the dealer job card.

The prize will be shipped directly to the approved Stellantis South Africa dealership

where the vehicle service was completed, for collection by the winner.

The adjudicators’ decision on all matters arising out of this Competition will be final

and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Should you not accept delivery of the prize or attend at the approved Stellantis South

Africa dealership within 3 business days of being notified that you are the winner, the

prize will be forfeited

RIGHT TO CANCEL, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND

Subject to applicable laws, Stellantis South Africa may, at its sole discretion cancel,

terminate, modify, suspend, or re-run this Competition and withhold the prize(s),

including without limitation, if there are insufficient eligible participants or for any

reason, or any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned,

including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs,

tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause

beyond the control of the Sponsor, except as provided for in the Consumer

Protection Act No. 68 of 2008.

In the event the Competition is cancelled or terminated, Stellantis South Africa

reserves the right to conduct a random draw from among all eligible participants.

In the event of such an occurrence, Opel South Africa may post a notice on their

website www.opel.co.za. Stellantis South Africa shall have the right to, at its sole

discretion, and without notice (i) modify these Official Rules and/or (ii) extend the

entry period at its sole discretion.

PRIVACY

Stellantis South Africa adheres to the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of

2013 (“POPIA”) and any other applicable laws and regulations regarding legal

privacy in South Africa. By participating, you agree to all collection and use of your

personal information for the intended purposes of administering this Competition and

awarding the prize.

RELEASE

By participating, and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, you agree:

(a) to release Stellantis South Africa and any third-party retained by or on

behalf of these entities for the purposes of executing and administering this

Competition and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries,

retailers, distributors, sales representatives, distributors, advertising,

promotion and judging agencies, and all other service agencies and

providers involved with this Competition and each of their officers, directors,

employees and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all

liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to their participation in this

Competition and the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of

any prize; and

(b) that under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and

hereby waive all rights to claim, any punitive, incidental, consequential or

other damages, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees or other court

costs, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. Any waiver of any

obligation hereunder by Stellantis South Africa does not constitute a

general waiver of any obligation to participants. By participating in this

Competition, you agree that your participation is gratuitous and made

without restriction and will not place Stellantis South Africa under any

obligation.

(c) that your name, surname and any other relevant personal information may

be published by Opel South Africa for promotional purposes and that you

hereby grant Opel South Africa the right to do so on any official public

domains

GOVERNING LAW

This Competition is governed by, subject to and is to be interpreted, construed and

enforced in accordance with the laws and regulations of South Africa.

GENERAL TERMS

Stellantis South Africa reserves the right to select the winners of servicing Opel

Corsa 60,000km and 75,000km Opel Mokka, cupholder competition. Stellantis South

will make the final decision and be responsible for selecting the winners.

Stellantis South Africa will not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of

the prizes, nor errors on the part of the chosen delivery company once the prize has

left the Stellantis headquarters.
